Jon Argenziano

Originally from Methuen, Massachusetts, Jon grew up living there, on Standing Rock Indian Reservation in Solen, ND, Plymouth, MA, and Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. He obtained a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, studying abroad for a year in Lima, Perú. His law degree is from the University of Pittsburgh and during his time there, he studied International Law in London, UK for a semester.

Prior to joining Heard and Smith, Jon began his legal career at Rhode Island Legal Services, specializing in public benefits cases. From there, he went on to AIDS Action Committee in Boston as a Financial and Legal Advisor, then as a Public Policy Specialist. Later, Jon moved on to JRI Health (Justice Resource Institute) where he was Director of a statewide legal services program for people living with HIV.

Joshua is a Tired of gray skies in Boston, Jon moved to Southern California in 2006. On he went to practice Social Security law in a large firm, then a small firm. He started his own practice in Long Beach, CA in 2013. He is happy to join Heard & Smith and to serve clients in need.
