Virginia Chornenky
Virginia Chornenky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University and her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University.
While in law school, Virginia completed an externship in election law at the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office, as well as two externships in the Capital
Habeas Unit of the Arizona Federal Public Defender’s Office. She was also an editor on ASU’s Law Journal for Social Justice.
Before joining Heard & Smith, Virginia worked at a nonprofit managing insurance, medical, food, staffing, and legal contracts.
