Wendi Floyd-Bailey
Wendi Floyd-Bailey was born and raised in Paris, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas (now Texas State University) in 2000. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree she provided legal advocacy services to victims of family violence, sexual assault and child abuse at a local shelter/center in San Marcos, Texas. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2010.
Before joining Heard & Smith, she provided legal services in the areas of family law, oil and gas title examination and personal injury. Wendi is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.
